You'll find it in your booking confirmation email, or on your confirmation under the “Reservations History” section of your account.
My booking was cancelled, what should I do
Because this booking is facilitated directly by the hotel or a supplier, the property may be overbooked. If that's the case, the partner will notify us and we will immediately help to find an alternative or we will refund and cancel your booking. The processing time depends on your bank. If you have questions, contact your bank directly.

If your booking was declined or cancelled, we will immediately refund it. The processing time depends on your bank. If you have questions, contact your bank directly.
Step 1: After you have sign-in, click your name link on the upper right corner of your screen and click "Booking History". You may select the particular booking you wish to cancel.
Step 2: Click "Cancel Booking". Please review the Cancelation Policy of your reservation before proceeding.
How to cancel a booking (WEEKS)
Resort bookings are prepaid and offered at specially negotiated discounted rates. For this reason, bookings are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
If you need to request a modification, such as a name change or another amendment to your reservation, please contact our support team at support@helpdesk.travel. We will review the request and advise what options, if any, may be available.
