Will I need to pay anything extra on arrival

The amount charged does not match the amount stated on my booking, what should I do

Sometimes you're expected to pay taxes and charges upon arrival. If this is the case, the amount is stated before you book and in your confirmation email. If no amount is stated, you shouldn't pay anything upon arrival.

If the property requests money that you believe is incorrect, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

How can I confirm I made the payment

You’ll find your payment confirmation in your confirmation email, or on your confirmation under the “Reservations History” section of your account.

If we charged you incorrectly, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We'll need a copy of your bank statement showing the incorrect charges as well as your booking confirmation number. If the property charged you incorrectly, please reach out to the property directly for help.
