How do I do my check-in online?

Can I choose my seat? How do I do it?

You can check in online 24-48 hours before take-off – depending on your airline. To do it, you need to check your airline and go to their website to complete the check-in process. After checking in, follow the prompts to get your boarding pass. You may be able to print it, save or send it to your phone, or pick it up at a kiosk at the airport.

Can I change my seat? How do I do it?

Typically, yes. If you chose a seat but want to change it, you should be able to do so on the airline’s website. Visit your airline’s site and make changes directly to your reservation.

Can I change the name on my flight ticket?

Most airlines won't let you change the name of a flight ticket to a different person, but if you need to correct the name on your ticket, e-mail customersupport@inspiravacations.com a name correction request along with any relevant documentation as soon as you can. Once we get your information, we’ll work with the airline and then get back to you with an update and any next steps within 48 hours.

Low-cost airlines like to handle making any corrections on their own.

You can! For most flights, you can pay to reserve specific seats at the time of booking, which guarantees the seat will be yours. If you choose a specific seat but don’t pay, it is not guaranteed you’ll keep it. Once we send your details to the airline, it’s up to them.

If you didn’t reserve or choose a seat when booking, visit your airline’s site and make changes directly to your reservation.

Is my baggage included in my plane ticket?

The number, size, and weight of bags you can bring depends on your airline and fare type. Airlines may also charge fees for your checked bags, which vary depending on whether you pay for your bags on the airline's website or at the airport.

You can get the scoop on baggage fees and allowance while you're shopping for flights – just check the individual flight details and its rules and restrictions. And once you book, you can find all these details on your itinerary.

How can I get a receipt for my booking?

You can get your receipt from the itinerary page of your booking by choosing ‘Print receipt’ or ‘Get receipt’.
